I really enjoy the books in this series by Rebecca Deel! She has such a talent for writing fantastic suspense and great clean romance.

Since the last Fortress Security book I have been really looking forward to this next one about Sam and Joe. It was very interesting to see the dynamics in this security team with two of its operatives romantically involved with each other.

Sam is a great heroine- she is tough and smart, yet because of her past she is also vulnerable and has a soft side you don’t often get to see in their missions.

I loved seeing Joe interact and look out for her as her partner. He is such a great swoon-worthy hero, and I liked that he kept trying to balance being protective of Sam as well as letting her have her independence and trusting her in her abilities.

Another great romantic suspense and I’m hoping to see another one soon!!

Great read again. I started reading as soon as the book downloaded and several hours later I finished the book. I love how This author can engage me from the first sentence.
I love this series. This book has warm, loyal, wonderful characters and a great story filled with suspense, action and a romance. A very enjoyable book!
Another great book from Rebecca Deel. I have read all her books and love them all. They are full of plenty of action to keep you interested along with wonderful characters. Give her books a try, you won't be sorry you did.
The romance, danger and everything else was yummy! This author is never a disappointment. She delivers every time. She is one of my go to author's. I can hardly wait for the next one to come out!
What a great story for Sam and Joe. Loved it!! Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Mrs. Deel does it again and again. Her stories are full of suspense, action and wonderful romance between alpha males and the women who love them. Her books just get better and better. Can't wait for the next one.
I’ve been waiting for this story and it did not disappoint. I love Joe and Sam together. It was 5 years in the making. You won’t regret the wait. I only felt that there was one question remaining. Ms. Feel indicated in a couple of books the Joe was hiding a secret but there was a cursory mention at the beginning of the book, then nothing. It didn’t take away from the story. I just wanted to know what it was.
Just finished this book...it is excellent as always! Capable, beautiful heroine and a strong, brave swoony hero. I love this series. No one does clean, military romantic suspense better than Rebecca Deel. Each book is a stand alone but each book also has crossover characters, places and relationships that are familiar and comfortable. They just enrich the story and draw you in. I'm ready for the next book and mission. They're absolutely addicting.
